Converting this turn of the century Victorian bed from Full to Queen size was definitely fun. I post a lot of projects here, but I’d make a note that not all beds can be converted in this way. This particular bed just happened to be a candidate due to its design. When converting a bed from Full to Queen size, you have to increase both its length and width as a Full size mattress is 54″x75″ but a Queen mattress comes in at 60″x80″.
